Ministry of Transport under Article 31 paragraph 3 of the Law and an aviation medical certificate under paragraph 2 of the same Article are as follows:

2. The contents of the medical standards in the table under the preceding paragraph shall be those as listed in the attached table No. 4 and a form of an aviation medical certificate shall be known as Form No. 24.

 

3. Any person who has failed to meet a part of the provisions in the attached table No. 4 will, when the Minister of Transport has deemed, taking experiences and ability of the said person into consideration, that the said person while on board would not interfere with the operation of aircraft, be regarded to have met the medical standards in spite of the provisions in the same table.

 

4. Any person who holds a class 1 aviation medical certificate is regarded to hold also a class 2 aviation medical certificate.

 

(Return, etc. of Application for Aviation Medical certification)
Article 61-(3). The Minister of Transport or designated medical examiner shall return an application for aviation medical certification describing necessary matters to an applicant who has made an application for aviation medical certification.

 

2. A designated medical examiner shall, when he performs an examination with regard to aviation medical certification (hereinafter referred to as “medical examination”), submit to the Minister of Transport an application for aviation medical certificate describing pertinent matters within ten days therefrom.

Article 61-(4). Any person who will obtain a designation under Article 31 paragraph 1 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an application for a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (Form No. 23) together with the following documents thereto:
